- Mix agar-agar powder with sugar.
- Add in water and bring to a boil.
- Add in pineapple bits and syrups and bring to a boil.
- Turn off flame and let cool.
- Pour into mold. Ensure it comes to room temperature and chill in the fridge.
Note : Do not to use fresh pineapple as the agar-agar will not set as this is due an enzyme ever-present in the fresh fruit.
