- Line a baking tray with lightly greased/oiled aluminium foil.
- In a medium bowl, mix well fish paste with wine and a dash of pepper.
- On a plate, lay out a strip of bacon, spread fish paste mix generously on the bacon, roll it and hold the loose end with a toothpick.
- Repeat for all bacon strips.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or till bacons brown.
- Remove and cool on plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease, if any.
